Home prices ARE going down, but let’s look at the data. Over the last few years, the unique housing market factors meant that price reductions were almost unheard of. Right now, however, the number of homes on the market with price reductions are going up. It’s important to note that there is a big difference between home PRICES dropping, and home VALUES dropping.
